TUJUAN TRAINING:

Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan perkembangan dan kebijakan perawatan, kerusakan mesin dan peralatan serta cara mengukurnya, dan kegiatan inspeksi, inspeksi untuk perawatan dan barang masuk ke gudang.

1.    Ruang lingkup perawatan
* pengertian, peranan, tujuan, perkembangan perawatan

2.    Kebijakan perawatan
* breakdown, preventive, scheduled, predictive, productive maintenance

3.    Kerusakan mesin dan peralatan
* arti dan prinsip, sumber utama, jenis dan bentuk, penanggulangan, pola, penyebab utama, pencegahan, dan tindakan mengurangi kerusakan

4.    Pengukuran kerusakan mesin dan peralatan
* laju kerusakan, ukuran kinerja peralatan, distribusi waktu kerusakan, analisis data pengukuran kerusakan

5.    Perencanaan perawatan
* definisi dan faktor-faktor penunjang, kendala yang muncul, langkah-langkah penyusunan, dan kebijakan perencanaan perawatan, klasifikasi, persiapan, dan prinsip perencanaan perawatan, tahapan perencanaan pekerjaan perawatan, perencanaan tenaga kerja perawatan, diagram alir pekerjaan perawatan

6.    Ruang lingkup inspeksi
* pengertian, peranan, tujuan inspeksi, kegiatan inspeksi

7.    Preventive maintenance inspection
* inspection factor, preventive maintenance factor, acuan inspection

8.    Predictice maintenance inspection
* inspeksi manual, inspeksi minyak pelumas, inspeksi kerja, inspeksi geometrik, inspeksi getaran, inspeksi bahan dengan NDT

9.    Incoming goods inspection
* resiko produsen dan konsumen, distribusi poisson, karaktersitik sistem sampling tunggal, sistem sampling dengan dua titik kontrol

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP
POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D.
