TUJUAN TRAINING :

Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai alat berat pembersihan medan, alat berat penggali, alat berat pemuat, alat berat pengangkat, dan alat berat transportasi.

SASARAN YANG INGIN DI CAPAI :

* Memahami fungsi, jenis, konstruksi, dan perhitungan kapasitas alat berat bulldozer, ripper, backhoe, loader, grader, scraper, dump truck.
* Memahami cara pengoperasian, kapasitas attachment, dan kesalamatan kerja.
* Memahami karakteristik tanah dan batuan, kinerja traktor, serta perhitungan pemindahan tanah.
* Memahami perawatan alat berat tentang engine, sistem pemindah daya, sistem hidrolik, attachment, dan rangka alat berat.

1. Komposisi dan jenis-jenis alat berat.
2. Perbandingan crawler dengan wheel tractor dan attachment alat berat.
3. Pengertian daya engine.
4. Konstruksi engine dan kelengkapannya.
5. Sistem pemindah daya dan kelengkapannya.
6. Spesifikasi berbagai jenis alat berat
7. Pengoperasian berbagai jenis alat berat dan keselamatan kerja.
8. Karakteristik tanah dan batuan.
9. Bank, swell dan load factor tanah dan batuan.
10. Bentuk pekerjaan land clearing.
11. Faktor manusia dan alat dalam menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan.
12. Waktu satuan pekerjaan bulldozer, loader, dan backhoe.
13. Jumlah armada dump truck.
14. Aspek LCC dan BEP dalam pemilihan alat berat.
15. Teknik pembelian barang.
16. Pompa, katup, silinder dan sistem pengontrol hidrolik alat berat.
17. Sirkuit hidrolik dan komponen penggerak front dan rear attachment.
18. Sirkuit hidrolik dan komponen penggerak stabilizer dan swing attachment.
19. Scheduling maintenance.
20. Perawatan engine, sistem pemindah daya dan sistem hidrolik.

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. Centered Maintenance (RCM), Operator Routine Daily Checklist and Driven Reliability, Measuring, Monitoring, and Analysis of Machinery Vibration, Vibration Prevention and Monitoring System, Advanced Application of CSI 2120/2130 and AMS Suite (RBM) for Condition Monitoring and Troubleshooting, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), NDT and Quality Assurance, Piping System.  In campus he teachs for some subjects e.g.: industrial metrology, quality control, Instrumentation and measurement, machining technique, production system and quality control, Pneumatics and hydrolics, measurement system, measuremen technique(Metrology of Geometry), mechanics vibration, management of production process, product quality control, statistics application in mechanical engineering, machining process technology, Practice of industrial metrology, pneumatics control system. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP
POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
